New oil pump and distributer drive. Car Clinic alloy timing gears, standard cam, standard pistons, new rings, honed bores. Standard heads but polished ports. 38 DGAS Webber carb stripped, new jets and diaphragms. Facet red top fuel pump and Filter King fuel filter. Lumenition optronic ignition. Peter Lloyd rallying manifolds and complete exhaust system. Ford Focus ST170 electric cooling fan and control unit. New plugs and leads. Bottom end lightened and balanced. Transmission: Flowtech bell housing, Sierra XR4i gearbox, Sierra 1.3 fifth gear cluster, fully rebuilt with new bearings. 2.8 prop shaft and 3:09:01 rear axle, fully rebuilt with new bearings and Capri Sport A frame. Brakes and Suspension: Standard 3ltr S front/rear, 2.8 large bore master cylinder. New copper pipes all round. BF Goodridge flexy brake pipes front and rear. Standard shoes, EBS Green Stuff pads. Bilstein inserts, heavy duty and lowered front springs, four leaf rear springs, polly bushes all round. Wheels: 5.5j:13" Alloys refurbished, painted in chrome, ST170 centre caps. 185/70r 13 tyres Body/Interior: Fully restored back to metal shell. All under seal and sound deadening removed. All rust cut out and new steel plates made up and welded in. new panels included front valance slam panel, two front wings o/s sill n/s & o/s rear inner & outer wheel arches, Four coats of high build primer/filler, three coats of undercoat. plenty of yellow paint to top/bottom/inside of shell. Mondeo inner wing liners fitted to front wings Ripspeed body kit fitted. All nuts, bolts, washers, screws, rivets replaced with stainless steel fittings. All new decals made to own speck. Grey half leather Recaro interior. Limo black window tint. High level brake lamp. 100 amp head lamp bulbs. Battery re-located to the boot Heavy duty battery cable fitted underneath 7ltrs of wax oil pumped into body. Wireing loom stripped, repaired, rebuilt, incorporating Thatcen 2 cobra alarm system.
